Marjaree Mason Center (MMC)

The Marjaree Mason Center (MMC) is a Fresno-based nonprofit supporting individuals and families affected by domestic violence. Founded in 1979 after Marjaree Mason was tragically killed by her abusive ex-boyfriend, MMC provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, counseling, legal advocacy, support groups, and youth education on healthy relationships. In 2025, they opened the Isnardi Foundation Community Resource Center to expand services for survivors. MMC plays a vital role in breaking the cycle of abuse in Fresno County, which has high rates of domestic violence. IWACC proudly supports this mission by donating $1,000, helping MMC continue providing critical services to those in need.
